Sentieri Cai Lastra a Signa 

Ring of San Romolo. Trail 743 A route that from the town of Lastra a Signa allows you to reach the highest point on the Colle di San Romolo with the church of the same name. The expansive views more than repay the effort required. The route takes place on little frequented paths and asphalted roads. Part of the route coincides with path no. 730 and the Renaissance ring and n. 745 Guerrina ring.

From the Quattro Strade the San Romolo hill can also be reached via this simple but interesting itinerary which retraces ancient local roads that have now been forgotten. Among ancient villas, woods and clearings, walking on little-used paths and roads, you reach Villa della Guerrina immersed in the woods.

Florence, the capital of Tuscany, is home to many masterpieces of Renaissance art and architecture. Pisa is an Italian city in Tuscany known above all for the famous leaning tower. Already off-axis upon its completion in 1372, the 56 m high white marble cylinder is none other than the bell tower of the marble Romanesque cathedral that stands nearby, in Piazza dei Miracoli. The same square hosts the monumental Camposanto and the Baptistery, where every day non-professional singers put themselves to the test with its famous acoustics.

Vinci is an Italian municipality of 14,479 inhabitants in the metropolitan city of Florence in Tuscany. It is known to have been the place of origin of Leonardo da Vinci.

Siena, a city in Tuscany, in Central Italy, stands out for its medieval brick buildings. Piazza del Campo, the central square with its characteristic fan shape, is home to the Palazzo Pubblico (the Gothic style town hall) and the Torre del Mangia, a slender 14th century tower from whose white battlements you can enjoy a stupendous view. The seventeen historic contradas (city districts) extend all around starting from the square.

Fiesole is an Italian municipality of 13,743 inhabitants in the metropolitan city of Florence in Tuscany. From the 14th century onwards the city has always been considered one of the most exclusive suburbs in all of Florence and according to statistics the city has long been the richest municipality in all of Tuscany.
